What we collect
Only what you send us: your name and contact (email, Telegram or WhatsApp), your order brief or creator application, and your chat messages with Amanda. If you use voice input, your recording is converted to text and then deleted; we do not keep audio.
Why
To answer you, prepare your order, and improve the service. We do not sell your data and do not use your messages to train AI models.
Where it is stored
On our own hardware. The site is delivered through Cloudflare (network provider). Chat and voice run on local AI models, not third-party AI clouds.
How long
Chat logs: up to 90 days. Orders and applications: as long as needed for the order and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to get a copy of your data or to delete it. If you are in the EU, you have rights under the GDPR.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
